Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are handmade, all sales are final.
Exchanges are available for apparel sizing only (unworn and in original condition). If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days at craftedbyz@outlook.com with photos of the damage.
How should I care for my resin pieces?
- Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth — do not soak.
- Avoid harsh chemicals and extreme heat.
- Do not place in the dishwasher or microwave.
- Store flat to avoid warping or scratching.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes! We offer free local pickup in the Houston area.
For orders over $50, we offer free delivery when ordering.
